According to the Department of Labor Bureau of Labor Statistics
- There are 453,000 unemployed veterans
- 36 percent were age 25 to 44
- Veterans with a service-connected disability had an unemployment rate of 4.8 percent in August 2016, about the same as veterans with no disability
We have a vision, that one day all service members and their families will have the compensation they deserve truly for serving their time and sacrifices. We will get there one day one family at a time.

Our goal is to help all service members by assisting them in regaining stability in civilian life. We are here to serve and support members by guiding them through the proper channels so they can receive benefits they are entitled to. We will encourage the fight against bureaucracies that hinder our battle in giving our troops what is rightfully theirs. We not only assist active and non active member but we also support their families giving them financial relief and possibilities for scholarships.

Civilians 4 Service Members (C4SM Fund) was developed by IAFE United to assist current and former service members and truly show support.
We are an organization committed to assisting service members and or their families through financial hardships, providing guidance to military members to ensure they receive their full benefits, offsetting legal cost and standing against the Department of Defense and the Pentagons bureaucracies.
